Savvy Spirituality

Incandescent resources for the soul.

Religion is a form of social control I don't subscribe to. (Unless it's in the form Krishnamurti imagined it: five billion unique religions, one for every person on the planet.) Storming the queendom of heaven (not the kingdom), on the other hand, is a full-time spiritual job for me. To aid in this work I borrow elements of tantra, feminism, Qabala, Tarot, and my extensive experience as a shamanic janitor.

On the Internet, I use the following resources for my spiritual play. They're concentrated in the areas of Qabalah, Tarot, and the Western Hermetic tradition.

The Builders of the Adytum

Gate to Qabalah

Terence McKenna

Spiritualist Thomas Moore, who offers Trois cheers for the bricoleur!

Mahatma Gandhi's wise list of Eight human Blunders.

And as a starting point of inquiry, Rob recommends Rudhyar's The Astrological Houses: The Spectrum of Individual Experience among others.
